Children Make Terrible Pets Updated: 9.3.2012 Peter Brown’s books are being adapted into children’s plays and short films, and they have been translated into more than a dozen languages around the world. Peter is one of the guests of the Hong Kong International Young Readers Literary Festival 2012.

Peter talks to Reenita Malhotra Hora about his favourite children book and tells her why picture books are important. He also gives advices to young readers who want to be a illustration writer. He agrees that "Practice makes perfect".
