Year of Fire Dragons: An American Woman’s Story of Coming of Age in Hong Kong
Shannon Young is an American twenty-something living in Hong Kong. She is an editor and the author of several e-books including “Pay Off: How One Millennial Eliminated Nearly $80,000 in Student Debt in Less Than Five Years”. Her new memoir, “Year of Fire Dragons”, is a wide-eyed newcomer’s account of Hong Kong wrapped up in an international long distance love story. Shannon writes a blog called A Kindle in Hong Kong and likes to spy on other people’s books on the train.
Shannon drops by our studio and talks to Noreen Mir about the making of her latest book, "Year of Fire Dragons".
